Where we ship

We deliver across the European Union. The delivery countries available to you are shown at checkout, where you choose yours before you pay.

Because your order travels within the European Union, it arrives with no customs charges and no import duties to settle on delivery.

How long your order takes

Every order is prepared, packed, and sent personally by the Studio Camour team. Preparing your order takes 3 to 5 business days. This is our processing time, before your order is handed to the carrier.

The delivery time with the carrier comes on top and depends on your destination. You will receive a confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door with the carrier's estimated arrival.

Delivery estimates are a guide rather than a guarantee. Timing can be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, strike action, or severe weather.

 

What shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery country, and the cost is carried by the customer. You will see the exact amount, including VAT, before you pay.

Shipping starts at €8 within Italy and reaches up to €24, depending on where your order is going:
